Exposing Self-Betrayal Through The Power of Rest and Self-Care, delves deeper into the dangers of self-neglect and the liberating journey of reclaiming self-worth through intentional rest and care.

With over 30 years of experience in higher education and labor relations, Quionne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Africana Studies and a Master of Arts in Labor and Employment Relations from Rutgers University. As a mother of three sons and a woman who has rebuilt her life after significant challenges, she understands the courage it takes to start over and the importance of preparing holistically for life’s next chapter.

In ministry, Quionne serves as an associate pastor in her local church, where she is a dedicated spiritual leader. She oversees spiritual enrichment, training and development, provides pastoral counseling, delivers impactful sermons, and facilitates Bible study, inspiring others through her unwavering commitment to faith and service. .
